Vendors should know:

1. Vendor should upload the product description, images, disclaimer, price and such other details for the products to be displayed and offered for sale  through the said online page
2. Vendor shall ensure not to upload any description/image/text/graphic that is unlawful or illegal
3. Vendor shall ensure to upload the product description and image only for the product which is offered for sale through the online page
4. Vendor shall provide full, correct, accurate and true description of the product so as to enable the customers to make an informed decision.
5. Vendor shall be solely responsible for the quantity, merchantability, guarantee, warranties in respect of the products offered for sale through their online page
6. The Vendor shall dispatch the Products of same description, quality and quantity and price as are described and displayed on the Online Page
7. The Vendor shall not offer any Products for Sale on the online page, which are prohibited for sale, dangerous, against the public policy, banned, unlawful, and illegal or prohibited under S.L laws.
8. The Vendor shall be solely responsible for any dispute that may be raised by the customer relating to the goods, merchandise and services provided by the Vendor
9. The Vendor shall pay the Company a service charge as specified by the Company on every online transaction
10. Vendor should deliver the ordered products to customers within 3-7 working days
11. Vendor should agree to give 7 day Refund or Return if products have proven faults
12. Vendor can select a relevant product uploading plan in order to process(Plans will be shown on your registration process)

Product Upload Rules:

1. Every product image should be fixed to 600 x 600 px
2. Resolution should be set to 72
3. Color Mode should be RGB
4. Background color should be white

විකුණුම්කරුවන් දැනගත යුතුය:

1. විකුණුම්කරු විසින් නිෂ්පාදන ප්‍රදර්ශනය කිරීම සහ විකිණීම සඳහා ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතු නිෂ්පාදන විස්තරය, රූප, වගකීමෙන් මිදීමේ ප්‍ර්‍රකාශය (disclaimer), මිල සහ වෙනත් විස්තර අප්ලෝඩ් කළ යුතුය.

2. නීති විරෝධී හෝ නීති විරෝධී වන කිසිදු විස්තරයක් / රූපයක් / පෙළ / ග්‍රැෆික් අප්ලෝඩ් නොකිරීමට විකුණුම්කරු සහතික විය යුතුය.

3. අන්තර්ජාල පිටුව හරහා විකිණීම සඳහා ඉදිරිපත් කරන නිෂ්පාදන සඳහා පමණක් නිෂ්පාදන විස්තරය සහ රූපය අප්ලෝඩ් කිරීමට විකුණුම්කරු සහතික විය යුතුය.

4. පාරිභෝගිකයාට දැනුවත් තීරණයක් ගැනීමට හැකි වන පරිදි විකුණුම්කරු විසින් නිෂ්පාදනයේ සම්පූර්ණ, නිවැරදි, හා සත්‍ය විස්තරයක් ලබා දිය යුතුය.

5. ඔවුන්ගේ අන්තර්ජාල පිටුව හරහා විකිණීම සඳහා ලබා දෙන නිෂ්පාදන සම්බන්ධයෙන් ප්‍රමාණය, වෙළඳාම, සහතිකය සහ භාණ්ඩය සඳහා වගකීම විකුණුම්කරු විසින් සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම වගකිව යුතුය.

6. විකුණුම්කරු ඔන්ලයින් පිටුවේ විස්තර කර ඇති සහ ප්‍රදර්ශනය කර ඇති භාණ්ඩයේ විස්තරය, ගුණාත්මකභාවය, ප්‍රමාණය සහ මිල ඒ ආකාරයෙන්ම පාරිභෝගිකයා වෙත යැවිය යුතුය.

7. ශ්‍රී ලංකා රාජ්‍ය ප්‍රතිපත්තීන් සහ නීතින් වලට පටහැනි, තහනම්, නීති විරෝධී භාණ්ඩ විකිණීම සම්පූර්ණ තහනම්‍.

8. විකුණුම්කරු විසින් සපයනු ලබන භාණ්ඩ, වෙළඳ භාණ්ඩ සහ සේවාවන් සම්බන්ධයෙන් පාරිභෝගිකයා විසින් මතු කරනු ලබන ඕනෑම ආරවුලකට විකුණුම්කරු සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම වගකිව යුතුය.

9. සෑම ඔන්ලයින් ගනුදෙනුවක් සඳහාම සමාගම විසින් නියම කර ඇති පරිදි විකුණුම්කරු විසින් සමාගමට සේවා ගාස්තුවක් ගෙවිය යුතුය.

10. විකුණුම්කරු විසින් ඇණවුම් කරන ලද නිෂ්පාදන, වැඩකරන දින 3-7 තුළ පාරිභෝගිකයා හට ලබා දිය යුතුය.

11. නිෂ්පාදනවල දෝෂ තිබේ නම් දින 7 ක ආපසු ගෙවීමකට හෝ ප්‍රතිලාභයක් ලබා දීමට විකුණුම්කරු එකඟ විය යුතුය.

12. සැකසීම සඳහා විකුණුම්කරුට අදාළ නිෂ්පාදන අප්ලෝඩ් කිරීමේ සැලැස්මක් තෝරා ගත හැකිය. (ඔබේ ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමේ ක්‍රියාවලියේ සැලසුම් පෙන්වනු ඇත.)

නිෂ්පාදන අප්ලෝඩ් කිරීමේ රීති:

1. සෑම නිෂ්පාදන රූපයක්ම පික්සල් 600 x 600 ට සවි කළ යුතුය. (මේ සඳහා පොටෝෂොප් මෘදුකාංගය භාවිතා කළ හැක.)

2. විභේදනය(resolution) 72 ට සැකසිය යුතුය.

3. වර්ණ මාදිලිය (color mode) RGB විය යුතුය.

4. පසුබිම් වර්ණය සුදු විය යුතුය.
